On 11 November 2021, CVMA® 23-25 presented Ray "Whisper" Hotaling, Dee "Deeder" Hotaling and James "Frame" Schuler with Life Membership. All three members, who currently hold Chapter Officer positions, are integral to the success of the 23-25 family and we are proud to recognize their dedication to the organization.
